This seminar provides an overview of fire doors; showing what makes-up a fire door through to testing; certification and the appropriate regulations. We talk through the door construction and the importance of glazing; ironmongery and sealants to the overall performance of the door. We also explain about the importance of regular fire door inspection and that by using the service provided by the BWF (the Certifire Scheme) clients and customers can rest-assured that the materials are fit for purpose.
