About the CPD course

The purpose of this influencing skills workshop is to focus on understanding; developing and adapting influencing styles to best suit individual situations. We will be looking at your behaviours and influencing style; how to adapt this to different situations and to those around you. We will look at how we can approach situations where people have different styles and different levels of commitment to your own; and how you can influence their behaviours.
