The learner will access the 5 additional modules of the course at defined parts of the Certificate Course allowing the core knowledge of Asset Management to be set in the context of the Housing Sector. It provides learners with extended knowledge and understanding of issues and challenges associated with asset management policy; strategy and asset management plans for the Housing Sector creating an Asset Management Learning Journey for those working in the sector.
