About the CPD course
This event is intended to shed light on what is happening in our brain and body when we are in a stressful situation and how they impact on our decision making abilities. By us beginning to understand our decision process and labelling our emotions we can begin to take a measure of control over those situations. Then but building greater levels of understanding and employing tools to manage our stress levels we can make effective decisions that will more likely lead to positive outcomes.
