About the CPD course

This course has been designed to provide trainers with the skills and knowledge to run a one-day basic human factors course for team-members within their sphere of influence. The course will comprise modules to bring all delegates to a common standard where they have effective presentation skills; a working level of facilitation techniques; and in-depth knowledge of human factors as it pertains to a foundation level awareness course; and an empathy with colleagues from a variety of disciplines and roles.
