About the CPD course
This course is based on the lived experience of many overseas NHS employees who felt unprepared for the nuance of working in the NHS. No formal training resulted in them experiencing misunderstandings with colleagues and patients; all of which were avoidable with the right induction to the culture and system. This course addresses commonly identified areas of difficulty ensuring a smooth transition into the workplace and a better experience for colleagues and patients. The immersive Harvard based learning style gives participants the opportunity to question; practice new skills and build confidence within the nurturing environment of the course.
