About the CPD course
Healthcare professionals who require an introduction or refresher on ear anatomy and otoscopy for people aged 5 and above will find this course beneficial. The course aims to equip you with the skills and knowledge to perform gold-standard otoscopy and provides an understanding of ear anatomy. The practices taught in the course follow the British Society of Audiology guidelines. You will be assessed on your ear anatomy and otoscopy competency through practice with patients in our clinic. This foundation course will provide you with the necessary skills for working in hearing care.
