This workshop explores the UK government’s five ways to improve wellbeing; focusing on mental health; stress management; and developing sustainable personal strategies for a balanced life. Participants will assess their current stressors and identify areas for improvement through practical discussions; activities; and reflective exercises. By the end of the session; delegates will have created a personalised action plan to enhance both self-care and workplace wellbeing. Suitable for all individuals; with a dedicated session for line managers to support team wellbeing.
