About the CPD course
This ‘all about growth’ online and ‘on-demand’ training course helps fundraising leaders nurture a growth mindset within their teams. It teaches 23 workshop exercises and various ‘bite size’ lessons to help participants extract knowledge; develop skills and create a culture where growth; resilience; collaboration; adaptability; innovation and self-leadership is the norm. There are seven modules covering the topics of Vision; Purpose; Commitment; Adding Value; Influence; Sustainability and Growth.
