Certificate in Workplace Negotiation Skills (leading to Certified Negotiating Professional certificate)

This intensive and engaging programme will advance the confidence; capabilities and competence of participants for taking part in effective and impactful modern negotiations. This will include strategy; tactics; guarding against dirty tricks; breaking deadlocks; negotiating across cultural differences; handling conflict and more. Participants will engage in varied negotiation practice simulations and roleplays including buyer-seller negotiations; distribution negotiations; contract negotiations; intercultural negotiations; mediations and more. Participants will also reflect on and receive feedback on their performances. Participants will also complete post-course tasks in order to ensure application of the training at work and demonstrate a return on investment in the training.
