About the CPD course

Biogen partnered with a steering committee of healthcare professionals and an NHS digital leader to identify the crucial and outstanding educational needs of those conducting remote consultations. Excellence in Remote Approaches (ERA) is a training material created by Biogen to provide healthcare professionals with the understanding and confidence to conduct effective remote consultations. ERA is consisting of three modules; getting started with remote consultation; preparing patient for remote consultation (communication aspect) and enhancing patient identification for remote consultation.
