This course developed by Blend and run jointly with IHSCM offers an introduction to mentoring; and its theory and practice. Over 6 Modules; you will gain insight into how to mentor in your organisation and team. Each Module will provide opportunities for reflection and observation; which will support you throughout the course and your mentoring journey. You can undertake this course at a pace that suits you and have access to the programme facilitators whilst you train.
