About the CPD course

Small offices should have a first-aid box and appointed person in charge of first aid arrangements; such as calling the emergency medical services. Larger workplaces with more health and safety risks are more likely to need a trained first aider. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recommends that first-aiders undertake annual refresher training. This module will not qualify the user as a trained first-aider but it is designed to meet the requirements as set out by HSE as annual refresher training for trained first aiders. It could also be of use to anybody wanting to improve their first aid knowledge.

Please note: access to this module is only available to health and care organisations (GP Practices, Nursing & Care Providers, Hospices, Urgent & Tailored Care Providers, Aesthetics Clinics or Dental Practices) or individuals with a valid GMC or NMC number.
