About the CPD course
This course consists of 4 chapters which is designed to train Compliance Officers; MLROs; aspiring MLROs and students pursuing careers in the field of AML and CTF Compliance. The course will guide on important applicable laws; rules and regulations related to the Money Service Businesses with the latest amendments. You will learn about the steps an MLRO should follow while reporting SAR to NCA and the responsibilities of an MLRO in conducting a risk-based approach. You will learn about risk mitigation techniques that an MLRO should be well versed with during their daily work.
