Intrapreneurship: Employee-Led Innovation

This course will help professionals develop their own innovative capacity and adapt it to their workplace. Participants will learn to recognise and create tactics to apply entrepreneurial thinking as well as explore their own entrepreneurial capabilities. They will follow the process of intrapreneurship from exploration and exploitation of ideas through to pitch; business plan and implementation. Participants will learn about the mindset of an entrepreneur; the qualities of an innovative organisation and how to discover them; how to identify and build teams; and how to handle potential roadblocks. They will also learn about the importance of marketing; funding; and about intellectual property concerns.
