About the CPD course

Participants will simulate real investment banking scenarios; going through steps like the offer letter; SPA; and virtual data room. The course includes building a comprehensive merger model; covering sources & uses; pro forma financial statements; and accretion dilution analysis. Advanced techniques are applied in an extensive model for a Disney & Apple merger; including credit statistics; sensitivity analysis; and contribution analysis. Overall; the course aims to enhance practical skills in M&A modelling and financial analysis.
