About the course
The CFSP programme takes a systemic approach to understanding the foodservice industry. The programme has been designed to provide all who undertake it with a general overview of the entire industry along with a close look at the various functional co-relationships and interdependencies that exist within a specific foodservice operation. It looks externally from a catering operation and examines the interrelationships between all of the key industry constituents. The study guide and its corresponding seminar provide a general overview of the numerous areas and disciplines that go into an effective and efficient foodservice design and operation.
As part of BEAMA, FEA-Foodservice Equipment Association enjoys contact and representation at the highest level with Government, the BSI and many other influential bodies.
Liaison with FCSI, CEDA , the BHA and other leading associations. FEA-Foodservice Equipment Association membership of EFCEM – The European Federation of Catering Equipment Manufacturers ensures strong, Europe-wide intelligence and links. FEA-Foodservice Equipment Association is the chair of the EFCEM Technical Committee.
Through the work of its Technical Committee, FEA-Foodservice Equipment Association is at the heart of the European equipment standards drafting process and members have FREE access to ALL the relevant technical material through the FEA-Foodservice Equipment Association Secretariat.
