About the CPD course

Suitable for mediators who want to advance their practice so as to work confidently and competently as mediators or facilitators with both small and large groups. Delegates will understand how and why teams and groups get into conflict and develop the skills and strategies needed to work effectively with multi-party conflicts. Unit 1 covers techniques to use with smaller groups up to ~5 people; Unit 2 develops skills for working with large groups. This course can be delivered face-to-face or virtually for up to 12 delegates.
