About the CPD course

Suitable for those who have trained as mediators and who are looking to deepen their skills by explicitly paying attention to how our bodies impact both our ability to mediate and how physiology affects the parties. Delegates will revisit drama pyramid and positions; interests and needs. They will use body-based and breathing-techniques; learning how to centre themselves and explore how to help parties find a more responsive state. They will connect to their strengths and practice their skills whilst incorporating this new awareness. This course can be delivered face-to-face for up to 12 delegates.
