The training sessions cover in-depth understanding of leadership characteristics and skills that support neuroinclusion at work. We delve deeper to understand how we address our cultural biases, and work on stretching our ‘empathy muscle’ to include individuals with neurological differences in a workplace setting. During coaching sessions, we look at The Self Coaching Model and the G.R.O.W. Model for effective goal setting and self-reflection both on a personal and professional level.
