This emotional abuse course covers several key topics. It starts with an overview of types of emotional abuse; including verbal aggression; manipulation; and neglect. Participants will learn to recognize signs in children; such as developmental delays; low self-esteem; and anxiety; as well as signs in adults; including depression; chronic stress; and relationship difficulties. The course also delves into the profound impact of emotional abuse; such as long-term psychological and emotional issues. Finally; it provides strategies for healing and recovery; emphasising professional help; supportive relationships; and self-care practices to rebuild self-worth and emotional resilience.
