This training will provide delegates with an introduction on how to conduct criminal investigations. In the course we will consider what a criminal investigation is; how to make effective pocket notebook entries; what evidence and exhibits are and how to manage them correctly; how to obtain a witness statement and how to conduct a PACE interview.
We offer both virtual and face-to-face training across England and Wales in relation to criminal investigation, enforcement and waste crime. We provide a wide range of courses which incorporate real life examples and practical analysis of investigations and enforcement. We are dedicated to ensuring that we deliver effective investigative and enforcement training to those newly entering this profession, or those already established who may require a refresher. We also provide training to businesses to ensure understanding of legal obligations. We also provide assistance with Local Authority criminal case preparation and can assist both Local Authorities and businesses with policy and procedure writing.
