About the course
This course explains marketing concepts when analysing consumer behaviour through the use of theoretical models and practical examples. The course stimulates consideration of the characteristics of individual consumers, such as demographic and behavioural variables, in an attempt to understand peoples needs, desires and what leads them to be faithful to brands and encourages them to make purchases.
