About the CPD course
This training and mentoring workshop is focused on supporting the professional development and growth of the social care workforce. The aim of the course is to give advice and tools for success to social care leaders wanting to progress their careers or manage their own care organisations. The course will be provided in three sessions. Session 1 comprises a three hour session; once a month for three months; focusing on social care recruitment. Session 2 also comprises of a three hour session held once a month over three months; focusing on retention. Session 3 focuses on employment law.
CoProduce Care has been created to open up debates, opportunities, support and discussions across social care. We put those who are involved in caring, working in care and those needing or using care services at the heart of social care improvement and change.
