This is a half day training session for Health and Social Care Providers. The aim is to enhance their knowledge and skills necessary for them to fulfil their statutory responsibilities under the Mental Capacity Act 2005 Schedule A1 Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS); and support them to implement MCA DOLS in their everyday practice.
