About the CPD course

This one-day course will equip learners with the necessary knowledge; skills and behaviours to effectively manage a cardiac arrest as part of their role. The course is aimed at registered clinicians who are required manage a cardiac arrest as front line responders. The course will cover both technical and non-technical skills required to manage a cardiac arrest to include: Return of Spontaneous Circulation (ROSC) care; Advanced Life Support algorithm; Airway management; Intra-Osseous access/EZIO; LUCAS 2 deployment; High quality CPR; Special circumstances (Trauma/Pregnancy). The course is based on current Resuscitation Council UK guidelines.
