Social Dialogue and Collective Bargaining

Social dialogue is a formalized process for listening to and understanding the needs of employees. Companies have a responsibility to manage social dialogue with their employees. In this course: you will discover how to protect and promote the fundamental rights of employees to freedom of association and collective bargaining: how to engage the right stakeholders: and how to identify and implement initiatives like respecting employees’ rights: permitting the functioning of employee organizations: building mechanisms of workplace cooperation and training managers and employees. The course also gives you pointers on how to report and monitor implemented initiatives.
