About the CPD course

A webinar training session informing clients of how the Coal Authority's official; Law Society compliant CON29M mining report provides full details of the Coal mining risks when purchasing a residential/commercial building or land. We use a real life case study in the North East of England to demonstrate how these risks can create hazards. We then detail the contents of the report; both the residential and commercial versions. We also discuss which report is suitable if the property in question is off coalfield altogether.
