This course provides a detailed overview of supply chain management in solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects; focusing on the tendering process; key supply chain stages; and risk management. Learners will gain insights into selecting suppliers based on financial stability; technical competency; and sustainability compliance. Additionally; the course outlines each stage of the supply chain; from raw material extraction to final delivery; and covers essential risks in supply chain management; alongside effective mitigation strategies. This foundational knowledge prepares learners to manage and optimise supply chains for renewable energy projects effectively.
