About the CPD course
This course provides a comprehensive understanding of ESG principles within the UK renewable energy sector; examining their significance and integration into industry practices. Participants will analyse the UK’s energy policies; key regulatory bodies; and support mechanisms driving renewable growth. The course also covers the implications of upcoming UK and EU ESG regulations; including Labour's green reforms and the EU's Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). Finally; learners will explore ESG frameworks and governance strategies to enhance transparency; accountability; and social responsibility in renewable energy projects; equipping participants with the knowledge to navigate and influence the evolving sustainable energy landscape.
