The Emotional Intelligence course is a comprehensive 6 week; online; coach led learning journey that will equip you with a toolkit to build your Emotional Intelligence. It is anchored in Positive Psychology and the evidence-based models; tools and techniques will help you to know yourself better and enable you to self-manage; so that you can shine and be the best you. You will also learn to understand others more so that you can support others to thrive. The course combines self-study with live coach-led group interaction; as well as having a learning buddy to work with throughout the course.
