About the CPD course
This module will help managers understand the area of employment law relating to dealing with grievance issues and covers how to recognise a grievance; the process and steps to follow and some of the problem areas you may come across. It will also explain the roles and responsibilities and the importance of following both the ACAS code and your company's internal policies and procedures.
