Equality; Diversity And Inclusion – Raising Awareness

We recognise the importance of promoting an inclusive culture: where everyone can fulfil their potential and feel safe driving engagement: and performance across the business. This highly practical half day session will give clear guidance to all employees on how our behaviour can create an inclusive environment: reduce individual and organisational risk: minimise disputes to promote and support EDI in the workplace and valuing and respecting each other. We look at raising awareness of bullying: banter: harassment and discrimination in the workplace with a view to making positive cultural changes.
