About the CPD course
This is a full day workshop for school staff which explores practical strategies for developing emotional resilience and creating a healthy emotional climate in the school.
Topics include an introduction to the Nurturing Programme, positive behaviour management strategies, boundaries and consistency, praise and criticism, giving feedback, and approaches for building deep and empathic relationships.
You can book team training at a time and location of your choice. We don’t offer individual places for this workshop.
