This course is designed for all students and food handlers to introduce you to the food safety requirements and practical approaches in the food service sector. During this 4-hour course; you will learn the importance of food safety; personal hygiene and health requirements for food handlers; an overview of the flow of food; sanitation; pest control; and the food handler’s role in food safety implementation.
