This a training for African Women who experiencing multiple forms of violence; Through this training women will experience improved health and wellbeing and have information to access support services where this is necessary; Topics to be covered include Understanding myself my power & self-care; Understand human rights and sexual & reproductive; Understanding violence against women & girls; Developing leadership skills; Understanding Social change; Knowledge of the law and human rights on issues such as FGM; domestic violence; sexual and reproductive health; These will empower participants to develop key leadership skills such as communication; mobilization & advocacy that would bring about social change
