About the CPD course

This workshop is for professionals in the Fitness/Sports; Wellness/Health Industry. Students are guided through the way that Gary Ward eventually mapped out the full body journey of a single foot step of the walking gait cycle; which he has called the Flow Motion Model. Being guided through the walking gait cycle; students are stopped at key moments to be documented and discussed. The map is then used to assess someone's walking gait to identify what is missing. Each phase of Gait; naturally has a specific exercise to explore it with and begin the work towards Finding Centre
