Caring For Vulnerable People

This 3 hour session is to support staff in recognising and supporting those customers and colleagues who might be vulnerable and require support. It enables staff to understand the values of preventing harm in aiming for a zero harm approach and the ethos of how to be a caring organisation. The training format for the three hours session would consist of a mixture of presentation from the trainer; group discussion which is important for both engaging the group and to facilitate communication around this difficult subject and films to make impact and train for reality.
