About the CPD course

This one day Oxygen Therapy training course will provide learners with a greater understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system and the relationship between disease and oxygen deprivation. The course explores reasons why oxygen is administered in certain conditions and give awareness of the risks involved using oxygen therapy. This training enables users to administer oxygen safely and effectively for service users with breathing difficulties. Delegates will learn how and when to administer oxygen to a casualty and the safety concerns with carrying; storing and administering it.
