This is a 5 week course covering the knowledge and skills to become a domestic appliance engineer. Covering health and safety basics; electrical basics; component identification and explanation of cooking; laundry and dishwasher appliances as well as refrigeration and microwaves. The includes discussions and demonstrations of faults on these appliances. At the end of the course trainees will be assessed to ensure all information has been taken on board and they are ready to move to the next step of their career.
