About the CPD course

This course is designed for General Practice Staff; to provide a deeper understanding of what ill health is; how it can impact upon people; their attitudes and how to help them whilst providing a caring approach towards them. This course provides some examples of what could occur in a stressful situation; how to demonstrate that you are listening and have understood the situation and can help to provide a good outcome to the discussions/situations whilst being aware of your surroundings.
