About the CPD course

In this session the candidates will become aware of the common myths and misconceptions that have arisen when developing a Growth Mindset journey within an educational setting. They will reflect on what a Growth and Fixed Classroom environment looks; sounds and feels like thinking about and reflecting on areas of change. Using the Learning Blocks previously introduced in GyM Hub (1) they will experience how the journey would continue focusing on one particular block which is holding back learning across the setting e.g. Mistakes. We will introduce how the Habits of Mind can be used effectively to provide a tool kit of skills allowing learners to succeed.
