About the CPD course
We will be there to give advice on the dispute process and provide best practice by running through a dispute case and explaining how an adjudicator looks at the evidence and decides. During the interactive session we will set out the pitfalls and offer face to face support and guidance to landlords and agents to help them win the deposit amount they are entitled to. With nearly 30 years experience in tenancy resolution between them; the workshop will be hosted by Suzy Hershman; Dispute Resolution Lead and Emma Louka; Lead Adjudicator.
