The Advanced Medical Coding Training (AMCT) course is designed to enhance medical coding skills; focusing on the ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding systems. The course covers a range of topics including coding conventions; signs and symptoms; infectious diseases; endocrine disorders; and mental health. It also addresses conditions in the circulatory; respiratory; digestive; and musculoskeletal systems; along with pregnancy complications; injuries; burns; and poisoning. By providing both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice; the AMCT course equips participants with the necessary expertise to effectively code diagnoses and procedures; supporting accurate medical documentation and billing in healthcare settings.
