About the CPD course

This course delivers our standard Conflict Resolution and Breakaway Techniques with additional Lone-worker Safety Awareness for Community First Responders. To be utilised when working independently or alongside Ambulance Service staff when supporting patients. These techniques range from simple supportive holds to more complex interventions assisting the safe administration of pharmacological medication (when accompanied by trained staff).
