About the CPD course

This course introduces students to the principles of patient safety incident response oversight within the NHS England PSIRF. The course covers the mindset and the culture underpinning effective oversight: as well as the theory and practice of measurement and monitoring of patient safety. Students will also have an opportunity to explore principles of organisational learning within and across organisational boundaries. This course is 7 hours long.
