About the CPD course

This 1-hour self-paced; self-directed training course is available to learners through our Learning Management System. The course aims to deliver best practice dignity and respect training. Participants will gain an understanding of the need to build and foster an inclusive and harmonious work culture; and have a greater knowledge of the legislation governing bullying and harassment at work and routes available via the company policy should the employee witness or experience bullying or harassment.
