About the CPD course
This mental health resilience training creates awareness of how the human brain works; explores mind management techniques; and explains its role in promoting positive mental health. The course explores a range of issues relevant to living a mentally healthy life; including: how our mental health constantly fluctuates; what habits support better mental health and which don't; how social media and social interactions affect us; and the importance of sleep; diet; and exercise.
So, our mission to is enable people to get the job done safely.
We achieve this by extending learning from out of the classroom and into the workplace. We equip people with tools that not only develop their skills but help them apply them on-the-job.
These tools are delivered via a web-based system that you can be easily moulded to suit your needs. There are 5 web modules within the Human Focus system.
