The Catalyst Programme is a learning and development programme designed to support women working in male dominated sectors and organisations at all levels in their careers. Running over twelve months; Catalyst participants will learn how to raise self-awareness and reflection as the foundations for exploring how to build confidence; personal impact and influence and Leadership skills. Catalyst runs for groups of up to 120 women per cohort and is a blended mixture of group workshops online and in person; mentoring and coaching group sessions.

The ID Partners have spent over two decades working all over the world, they have built a particular focus and expertise within the DEIB space, working with women who work in traditionally male settings. IDology Partnership’s work is led by a focus on understanding and raising self-awareness and self-reflection as the foundations for all development work. Whether in group work or individual coaching, their approach is founded on Provocation and Practice allowing time and space to think and explore ideas coupled with a pragmatic focus that helps people move into action.
