Menopause is the time in women’s lives when they experience changes due to the cessation of their menstrual cycle. It typically starts between the ages of 45 and 55 and; for many people; can result in symptoms that seriously affect women at work. Women of menopause age are the largest growing sector in the workplace. With this trend set to continue; it is increasingly important for managers to gain awareness of this stage of life and its implications for the workplace.
